L- Alanine

Available in 99% pure form, L-Alanine is used for veterinary medicine production purpose.  Its water solubility is 166.5 g/l and it can be stored for 2 years. Free from odor, this chemical has 89.09 molar mass. Offered in white crystalline powder form, it is free from unpleasant smell. This chemical has distinctively sweet taste. Its density is 1.424 g/cm3 and melting point is 289 degree C. Water solubility of this substance is 156g/l at 20 degree C. L-Alanine is used as suitable anti oxidation agent in processed food industry. It is also utilized as suitable raw material for synthesis of vitamin B6.
